Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location : Tallahassee, Florida (Onsite job )
Duration : 12 months (possibility of extension)
MGT is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to fill a temporary assignment for their CLIENT, Selected candidate will be an employee of MGT 12 months (possibility of extension) as needed, and services contracted to the Client.
Minimum Qualifications of Candidate
3 years of experience with MS Azure IAM.
3 years of experience in registering applications in Azure B2B and B2C.
3 years of experience in building Azure B2C IEF (Identity Experience Framework) custom environments and supporting User Personas.
Knowledge of SAML, OAuth and OIDC Protocols
3 years of experience with SSO (Single Sign On) solutions.
3 years of experience in Web application server system administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Project Management (Standards, Best Practices, Terms, Tools) is desired.
Ability to work well in a team environment with education and technology solutions.
3 years of experience in change management best practices, serving in a code promotion role in partnership with development team.
Demonstrated experience with implementation projects with the following characteristics: High-profile, Multiple technologies and functions.
Experience working in state government.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and user staff.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree.
3 years of experience with ADFS setup and configuration.
3 years of experience with Microsoft AD and Azure AD.
3 years of experience with FIM (Forefront Identity Manager) or MIM (Microsoft Identity Manager).
Assists in developing specifications as well as overall planning and management of projects.
Meets with leadership to provide status reports on a weekly basis and provide monthly written reports which will include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
Communicate project progress and information to team, sponsor, stakeholders, and legislative body as appropriate.
Ensures technical direction and standards are followed.
Develop project plans and measures actual progress against the plans.
Assures that project documentation includes the project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
Demonstrates an understanding of tactical goals and effectively participates in the development and implementation of business solutions.
Manages project risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques.
Manages change control within the projects.
Obtains sponsor approval for changes to scope, budget, and schedule that affect the critical path.
Written documentation showing testing and verification of modifications.
