Primary Responsibilities
Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional work experience.
Required Experience
Location: Tallahassee, FL On-site 5 days per week (candidates must reside in Tallahassee or surrounding area).
Work Hours: Flexible schedule between 7:00 AM 7:00 PM; after-hours, weekend, and on-call availability required.
- Support and expand enterprise IT infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Coordinate server configuration and administration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor systems and applications to ensure security, availability, and performance.
- Establish and maintain network systems; evaluate performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
- Maintain network and systems performance through monitoring, analysis, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Create and manage Azure DevOps projects, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy, configure, and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud services.
- Identify opportunities to refactor solutions for improved performance, cost, and efficiency.
- Recommend and assist with building and hosting complex application solutions.
- Provide technical support to other IT staff including developers.

Bachelor's Degree or technical institute degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent professional work experience.
Required Experience
- 5 8 years of professional experience in information systems engineering or a related field.
- 3 5 years of IT experience in infrastructure/network environments including systems operations, support, and administration.
- 2 3 years of experience with Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022.
- 2 3 years of IIS Administration.
- 2 3 years of experience with TCP/IP, DNS, Samba/CIFS file sharing, and NTFS permissions.
- 2 3 years of AWS cloud systems experience (required).
- Microsoft Azure cloud systems experience.
- Experience with GCP or other cloud providers.
- Microsoft software administration experience.
- 3 5 years supporting middleware: API Management, IT Service Automation tools, and batch job services.
