Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our Ontario office. In this role, you’ll represent clients in commercial property transactions, leasing and sales opportunities, and play a key role in achieving occupancy and revenue goals. You’ll work closely with our experienced team to deliver the high-quality service MGR Real Estate is known for.
What You’ll Do
- Represent clients in commercial real estate transactions
- Manage property leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct market analyses to develop pricing and sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and coordinate closing processes
- Collaborate with the MGR Real Estate team to meet sales and occupancy objectives
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Sales
- Valid California Real Estate License
- Strong understanding of real estate brokerage practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and property valuation
- Highly motivated, professional, and goal-oriented
- Experience in the Southern California real estate market is a plus
