What are the responsibilities and job description for the Table Games Supervisor - The Cosmopolitan position at MGM Resorts International?
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Ensure each game is dealt with a high level of proficiency, while providing superior customer service to guests.
Monitor guest activity and inform management when adjustments to open table games are necessary.
Accurately and objectively assess and rate players in accordance with departmental policies.
Maintain appropriate bankroll levels to accommodate current or anticipated gameplay.
Reconcile table accounting accurately, maintain integrity, and manage all cards, dice, and gaming equipment.
Verify the accuracy of all documents and ensure adherence to all procedures.
Immediately notify the Pit Manager and/or Shift Manager of any unusual high-limit play or suspected equipment damage/tampering.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
21+ years old.
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
2+ Years of prior relevant experience in casino operations or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Experience as a Table Games Floor Supervisor or Dual Rate Supervisor is preferred.
Proficiency in multiple table games, including roulette, baccarat, craps, and blackjack.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
