THE STARTING RATE: $20.70
The Day-to-day
- Utilize a range of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems to observe and review casino operations, record and archive audio/video evidence, and ensure the surveillance system is functioning properly
- Actively monitor all casino operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, identify suspicious behavior, and help prevent fraud and theft
- Collaborate with the local Gaming Authority and support external law enforcement agencies as needed; provide court testimony on behalf of the company when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all surveillance activities and sensitive information
- Proficient in basic math without use of a calculator
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic working knowledge of various computer technology and software to include Microsoft Office applications
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Primarily assigned to the graveyard shift in a 24-hour operation, with the flexibility to work other shifts as needed
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
