THE STARTING RATE: $5.55 an hour + tips THE SCHEDULE: Day Shift | Part Time 8:00am (earliest) - 9:00pm (latest) Scheduled in 8 hour increments Poker Room Overview DAY TO DAY: Conduct and assist with the operation of Poker games Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game Ensure accuracy of table bank, table pot, and table rake Verbalize player instructions, rules, or any other information as required in the procedure of the game Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, unnatural or irregular play, missing items, or alleged theft THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Holds a High School Diploma or GED Demonstrates 1+ years of prior relevant experience Poker dealing in a similar setting Strong listening and problem-solving skills Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
