The Day-to-day
- Customer Service: Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
- Reservations Management: Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special request. Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details.
- Menu Management: Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium.
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous experience in a high-volume restaurant (Preferred)
