Internet Sales Representative

Position Summary

MG Arms is seeking an Internet Sales Representative to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role combines customer communication, e-commerce management, product listing creation, and order coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using computers.

This is not a remote position. All work is performed at our Bradford, PA location.

Responsibilites

E-Commerce Management

• Create, edit, and maintain product listings across online platforms including eBay, GunBroker, Guns International, and MG Arms websites
• Write accurate and compelling product descriptions
• Upload product photos and specifications
• Monitor inventory availability and pricing
• Ensure website listings remain organized and up to date

Order Processing

• Process online orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate with the shipping department to ensure timely fulfillment
• Resolve order issues and customer concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Marketing Support

• Assist with email marketing campaigns
• Help create promotional content for social media
• Update featured products and sales on company websites
• Support new product launches and online promotions

Customer Sales & Service

• Respond promptly to customer emails, phone calls, and online inquiries
• Provide accurate information regarding firearms, machine guns, parts, accessories, and surplus items
• Follow up with customer questions and pending orders
• Build positive relationships through outstanding customer service

General Office Duties

• Maintain organized digital files and records
• Assist with inventory organization as needed
• Work closely with other team members to improve online operations
• Complete additional office tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with online sales or e-commerce
• Experience using eBay, GunBroker, or similar online marketplaces
• Basic photography skills for product listings
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of firearms, military surplus, or firearms history is a plus
• Retail sales or customer service experience

Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test. No medical marijuana card or recreational use.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
