Position Summary
The Shipping Clerk is responsible for accurately printing orders, packing, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. This position plays a critical role in ensuring every customer receives the correct products in excellent condition and on time.
Responsibilities
- Print orders from online selling platforms such as GunBroker, eBay, and MG Arms websites.
- Assist with pulling customer orders accurately from inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Accuratly create and print shipping labels using shipping software.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Package firearms, parts, accessories, and other merchandise safely and securely.
- Maintain an organized shipping and warehouse area.
- Assist with receiving inventory and stocking products as needed.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Follow all company policies and applicable federal and state regulations.
- Work with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of firearms is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to commute to our Bradford, PA location.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- No medical marijuana card holders or recreational drug use due to the nature of the business and applicable federal firearms industry requirements.
