Primary Duties:
- Coordinate receiving, storing, and shipping of products, while maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment.
- Allocate, distribute, pull/pick product in proper location.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure stock availability.
- Package and stage materials or products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Administer quality control, ensuring damaged product is not received or sent.
- Build hose assemblies and assist with testing and finishing, if applicable.
- Supervises the day-to-day functions within the department including employee and customer relations during their shift.

Basic Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
- Must possess basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Decision making, analytical thinking, project management, and planning skills.
- Basic computer skills required including use of MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs. Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 a plus.
- Mechanical background and forklift certification are a plus.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Job requires frequent lifting up to 70 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, constantly walking/standing on cement flooring and climbing ladders as needed.
- Working conditions involve a fast-paced warehouse environment containing moving equipment, fluctuating temperature and inventory in various storage arrangements.

Salary:
$22.00 - $25.00/hourly, depending on experience.
