What You'll Do
- Grow aftermarket parts sales and achieve territory revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct customer visits to assess equipment and parts needs
- Create and follow up on customer proposals
- Promote preventive maintenance programs and aftermarket solutions
- Analyze customer buying patterns and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Service, Parts Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer success
- Travel throughout assigned territory
What We're Looking For
- 4 years of sales, customer service, parts, service, or aftermarket experience
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (50% travel required)
- Manufacturing, capital equipment, or aftermarket parts experience preferred
