- Assembly Work: Independently and collaboratively assembly parts and sub- assemblies according to print specifications and standard work instructions.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to and actively promote all Meyn safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Attendance and Punctuality: Maintain excellent attendance and consistently arrive to work on time.
- Quality Assurance: Perform required inspections and quality checks to ensure all products meets specification standards.
- 5S- Maintain a clean, organized and efficient work environment in accordance with Meyn’s 5S principles.
Education : High School Diploma/GED
E xperience: 1-2 Years of Assembly experience
Functional Skills
- Blueprint & Instruction Literacy: Ability to read and comprehend technical prints and standard work instructions.
- Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry, documentation, or accessing digital work instructions.
- Tool Handling: Proficient in using hand tools including hammers, wrenches, grinders, and pneumatic (air) tools.
- Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods (8–10 hours per day).
- Forklift Operation: Forklift experience is a plus and may be required for certain roles.
