What You’ll Do
- Prospect and close new business within assigned verticals
- Build and manage a pipeline to hit sales targets
- Reach out through calls, emails, networking, and events
- Present workplace solutions to decision-makers
- Attend industry events and build connections
- Work with the Senior Sales team to grow existing accounts
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Stay in touch with clients and look for new opportunities
- Work with Senior Sales and leadership on account plans
- Join sales calls and presentations
- Partner with operations, customer success, and marketing to support clients
- Keep CRM updated with accurate pipeline activity
- Track deals, timelines, and key metrics
- Share regular updates on pipeline and revenue
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in workplace solutions, facilities, logistics, or a similar field preferred
- Experience selling into higher education or life sciences is a plus
- Proven ability to win new business
- Experience managing and growing accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working toward sales targets
- Experience working with a team
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong prospecting skills
- Clear, practical approach to selling solutions
- Able to build and maintain relationships
- Organized with good time management
- Works well with different teams
