As the Rigger Foreman, you will oversee daily rigging operations with responsibility for crew safety, equipment integrity, and execution of job plans. What You’ll Do
- Lead rigging crews on job sites and make sure work is done safely and correctly.
- Enforce OSHA rules and company safety standards at all times.
- Plan and oversee heavy lifts, machine moves, and equipment transport.
- Inspect rigging gear, cranes, forklifts, and trucks to ensure safe operation.
- Communicate job plans clearly to the crew and coordinate with site supervisors.
- Identify hazards, correct issues, and keep the job moving safely and on schedule.
What We’re Looking For
- 7 years of experience in heavy industrial lifting, machine moving and transport, or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of rigging equipment, including cranes, tractor trailers, and forklifts
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a commitment to safety and professionalism
- OSHA 10 certification
- Forklift certification
- CDL license preferred (Class A ideal)
