As a Sales Consultant at MetroWest Hyundai and Genesis of Framingham, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while representing one of the most respected brands in the industry. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences and help them find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of Hyundai & Genesis vehicles.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Continuously learn about the Hyundai & Genesis vehicles brand and stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working, and competitive mindset.
- Great character and loyal to the success of the dealership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
- Desire for opportunity to grow and advance within the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
