As a CSR, you’ll play a vital role in creating positive experiences for clients while helping pets receive the care they need.
Who We Are
Located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, Hickory Veterinary & Specialty Hospital is a multi-service facility offering general practice, 24/7 emergency care, and specialty services including internal medicine, surgery, cardiology, and more. We also provide boarding, daycare, grooming, and rehabilitation.

What You’ll Do
As a CSR, you are often the first and last point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in ensuring a seamless experience. In this role, you will:
- Welcome clients and patients warmly, providing a positive first impression
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs for emergency, specialty, and general practice services
- Guide clients through treatment plans, billing, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all client information is up-to-date
- Collaborate closely with doctors, technicians, and fellow CSRs to keep hospital operations running smoothly
- Provide clear, compassionate communication — especially in emergency or emotional situations
- Help manage a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
Anticipated Schedule
This is a full-time position with the following set schedule:
- Every other Saturday 6pm-6am
- Every other Wednesday 6pm-6am
- Thursdays 6pm-6am
- Fridays 6pm-6am
Compensation
- Starting at $18.00/hour plus a $5 shift differential

Requirements
