The Leasing Support Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the operations team across a portfolio of residential properties. This position is responsible for processing lease applications, managing lease documents and renewals, conducting move-out inspections, and maintaining tenant records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
· Review and process lease applications for residential properties.
· Review and execute leases for residential properties.
· Create and manage resident renewals.
· Work with operations team to create and manage leasing documents.
· Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails that may contain confidential information in a professional and expedient manner.
· Distribute reporting to track the daily operations of the properties.
· Provide leasing support to the operations team.
· Schedule, manage, and conduct move out inspections for residential properties (includes travel to properties in Berks, Dauphin, and Lehigh County).
· Pricing and deposit accounting for all tenant move outs.
· Create and manage electronic files for all past tenants.
· File court documents and act as a company representative in court hearings involving move out charges.
· Assist with ad hoc projects and analytics.

Requirements:
· H.S. Diploma or GED
· High proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
· Ability to bend, sit, stand, walk for long period; this job will be partially in office and partially in field performing inspections.
· Must have valid driver’s license
Preferred:
· Background in residential leasing
· Experience in Yardi
· Experience with excel and using pivot tables
