Job Description/Qualifications:
- Recruiting: Manage online job postings for potential candidates
- Staffing: Identify staffing needs and onboard all new hires.
- Training - Implement full use of ADP software by all employees, using team leaders for software training
- Maintain employee training schedule for improved job performance & safety.
- Performance - Track all data for attendance, performance, hours, earnings, benefits, time off etc
- Payroll – Finalize all time and attendance data and process weekly payroll
- Safety & Security - Ensure safety training is fully implemented by supervisors.
Maintain electronic and physical security systems
HR Compliance - Complete all necessary tasks for compliance, insurance, etc
Admin: Manage administration of legal, insurance and IT
