Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate around and manage a broad range of HR functions, policies, and procedures
- Manage multiple HR transactions, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Handle employee relations matters and support HR compliance
- Conduct benefit reconciliations and manage multiple benefits packages
- Conduct PTO reconciliations and work across a multitude of payroll platforms
- Support onboarding and termination processes
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Process, organize, and analyze HR information across multiple systems
- Identify opportunities for automation, system improvements, and more efficient processes
- Provide responsive, solutions-focused service to clients
- Step in where needed to support the team and ensure work gets done accurately and on time
Qualifications
- 4 years of Human Resources experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and information-processing skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple transactions and competing deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment without becoming flustered
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Interest in HR systems, automation, and continuous process improvement
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems, policies, and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer-service mindset
- Dependable, hardworking, collaborative, and willing to step in where needed
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
