About the Role

As a Regional Manager, you’ll lead administrative, financial, and operational strategies for MetroPlains Management properties in your region. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our communities thrive and meet the highest standards for residents and owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations, financials, and capital projects
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property performance
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct financial analysis
• Monitor site costs, collections, and budget projections
• Ensure compliance with Section 42, Section 8, and Rural Development regulations
• Lead marketing efforts for properties with high vacancies or in lease-up
• Train and support staff in Fair Housing and compliance procedures
• Write performance reviews, improvement plans, and handle disciplinary actions
• Travel to properties regularly to review operations and support staff

• Proven experience in affordable housing management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, organize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Calm and effective approach to stressful situations
• Willingness to travel and a safe driving record
