Metro Security Services is currently seeking dependable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our growing team.

We are hiring for the following positions:

DISPATCHERS

Competitive Pay

Dispatchers are responsible for monitoring security operations, communicating with officers and clients, answering incoming calls, documenting activity, monitoring cameras, and utilizing dispatch and communication systems.

UNARMED SECURITY OFFICERS

Competitive Pay

Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, conducting security checks, monitoring assigned areas, responding to incidents, communicating with dispatch, and providing professional customer service.

PATROL OFFICERS

Competitive Pay

Patrol Officers must possess a valid Kentucky driver's license.

Patrol Officers will conduct mobile patrols, respond to calls for service, monitor assigned properties, document incidents, and communicate with dispatch and clients.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

• Be dependable, responsible, and professional
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be able to communicate clearly and courteously with customers and over a two-way radio
• Possess exceptional listening skills
• Be able to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Have previous customer service experience, including answering phones and interacting with the general public
• Type a minimum of 15 words per minute
• Have sufficient vision to effectively monitor security cameras
• Be able to operate, or quickly learn to operate, an iPad and dispatch/security software
• Be comfortable learning and utilizing technology
• Be able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with clients, customers, officers, and the general public

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR PATROL OFFICERS

• Valid Kentucky driver's license
• No at-fault automobile accidents within the past 3 years
