Shifts Available:

• Days / Evenings / Weekends

Hourly Pay Rate: $18-19/hour

What You'll Do:

• Schedule and dispatch HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical technicians for service calls
• Coordinate with field teams and customers to ensure timely and efficient service
• Monitor job progress and adjust routes as needed to maximize productivity
• Support technicians in the field and communicate real-time updates
• Maintain accurate records in our dispatching system
• Pulling permits/located

What You Bring:

• Prior dispatch experience (home services or similar field preferred)
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning dispatching platforms and working in Microsoft Excel
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment, calm under pressure and solution-oriented
