MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Leasing Support Administrator at our Burnsville headquarters. This position key areas of focus will obtain credit approval for prospective customers, process third party lease equipment orders, troubleshoot issues during lease for current portfolio, and assist with quoting and closing expiring leases. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with third party lease partners and sales reps on order problems/statuses and enforce leasing policies and guidelines.

MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, Leasing Support Administrator at our Burnsville headquarters. Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Obtain credit approval for new and current customers
- Quote lease payoffs
- Approve internal and external leasing deals and send appropriate follow-up
- Send all required paperwork to leasing companies
- Ensure Third Party Leasing (TPL) funding
- Follow-up on outstanding issues with TPL
- Communicate and assist sales with order problems/status
- Review third party lease portfolios for terminated leases
- Answer and respond to email or telephone inquiries with internal or external customers re: rates, procedures, or billing inquiries
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- Thrives in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment while careful with detail and thorough in completing tasks
- Skilled in identifying and resolve internal and external customer problems
- Strong interpersonal, communication & verbal skills
- Adept in analyzing data and process information accordingly with attention to detail
- Confidence in choosing the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem
- Able to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
- Organized and self-directed in daily activities and is a team player
- Ability to accept criticism and deal calmly and effectively with high demand situations
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Software including e-mail, word processing and spreadsheets
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1 years of office administration or industry experience
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office Products
