This position would support our Sales teams by focus on identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business opportunities. The Ideal Candidate will act as the initial point of contact, using cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team.

- Outbound Prospecting: Researching and reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn) to initiate conversations.
- Lead Qualification: Assessing prospects to ensure they fit the company’s ideal customer profile and have the potential to purchase.
- Securing meetings or discovery calls for multiple Sales Teams.
- Pipeline Generation: Filling the sales funnel with qualified leads.
- Market Research: Identifying new market trends, competitor activities, and prospective customer needs.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activities and lead information in MSI’s CRM.
- Support Sales teams to move prospects to close.
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent.
- This position is onsite, 5 days a week at our Menomonee Falls location; local candidates preferred.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
- Growth in this role would be to an outside sales capacity and will require a Valid driver’s license and compliance with MSI’s personally owned vehicle policy at the time of consideration.
