The Role
We are seeking a high-intensity Business Development Representative (BDR) to serve as the growth engine of our sales organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enterprise IT leaders, introducing them to a strategic way to manage their hardware infrastructure. You aren't just selling "maintenance"; you are selling operational freedom and cost-optimization for mission-critical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify new business opportunities within large enterprise accounts.
- Outreach Execution: Conduct professional outreach via cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling.
- Value Articulation: Clearly communicate the HTS value proposition, focusing on our MVMS model and L3 Engineering support.
- Lead Qualification: Transition qualified opportunities to the Enterprise Account Executive team by uncovering specific pain points related to hardware refreshes.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, manufacturer End-of-Life (EOL) announcements, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales (IT infrastructure or software preferred).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, "grown-up" tone.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and modern sales engagement platforms.
- A resilient, self-starter attitude with a desire to master the complexities of the hardware lifecycle.
