Area Manager – Metro by T-Mobile
Job Description:
Responsible for overseeing operations across multiple Metro by T-Mobile retail locations within a designated area. Ensures store performance, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service while supporting store teams and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel between 5 retail locations regularly to monitor operations and provide on-site support
- Pick up, transport, and distribute phone orders and inventory between stores as needed
- Oversee daily store performance, including sales metrics, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity
- Train, coach, and support store managers and sales associates to meet company goals
- Ensure all locations follow company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
- Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Assist with inventory management, audits, and loss prevention efforts
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain high service standards
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions across all assigned locations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in retail, wireless sales, or multi-unit management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations efficiently
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between stores

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
