Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Performance: Your primary goal is to sell, sell, and sell. You will lead by example on the floor, hitting personal and store-wide quotas for activations, upgrades, and accessories.
- Leadership & Training: Recruit, supervise, and mentor a team (if required). You must be able to train staff not just on products, but on the art of the sale.
- Marketing & Outbound: Lead "marketing call-backs" and local outreach initiatives to bring new customers through the door and retain existing ones.
- Operational Excellence: Manage inventory control, cash handling, and daily reporting using the RTPOS system.
- Solution-Oriented Management: Act as a true leader who takes initiative. You don't bring problems to the table; you find the solutions to keep the store running smoothly.
- Customer Experience: Maintain a "customer-first" culture with a great attitude, ensuring every person who walks in leaves satisfied.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven track record in retail sales management (Wireless/Telecom experience preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with RTPOS and inventory management software.
- Mindset: Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills for both customer interaction and outbound marketing calls.
- Availability: Flexible schedule, including weekends and peak retail hours.

Experience
- Proven management experience in retail with a focus on team supervision and sales growth.
- Demonstrated ability in employee orientation, training & development, interviewing candidates, and leadership roles such as assistant manager or supervisor.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service excellence, retail math (sales calculations), pricing strategies, and retail sales techniques.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping practices, and payroll administration.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating effectively with diverse customer bases.
- Experience in supervising staff across shifts while maintaining organizational efficiency through time management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies tailored to retail settings along with merchandising expertise to optimize product presentation.
- Excellent communication skills combined with organizational prowess to handle administrative tasks efficiently while fostering a positive team environment.
