Sales Representative Associate – Metro by T-Mobile
(Full-time or Part-time positions available)
We’re looking for a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) sales representative to join our Metro by T-Mobile team. The ideal candidate is responsible, reliable, and self-sufficient, with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience in wireless sales or retail management preferred
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to help customers find the right plans and devices
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strong communication and upselling skills
- Maintain store standards, inventory accuracy, and a professional appearance
- Self-motivated and dependable, able to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule: Flexible – full-time and part-time shifts available.
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities.
