Duties
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct hiring interviews, employee orientation sessions, and ongoing training to build a skilled and knowledgeable sales team
- Handle customer inquiries, assist with resolving complaints promptly, and ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-home sales management or assistant management roles with supervising responsibilities
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions and close sales effectively
- Experience with lead generation and lead follow ups highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in recruiting, training, and developing team members.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory control software, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations
- Leadership qualities with experience in supervising staff across the region while maintaining high standards of customer service
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
