Head of Marketing (Venture Capital Firm | Frontier Tech Focus)

We're working with a Venture Capital firm that operates at the intersection of frontier technologies, science, and systems innovation, and they're hiring their first Head of Marketing. The firm backs founders and ideas building next-generation infrastructure across areas such as AI, blockchain, alternative energy, and emerging computational paradigms.
This role defines how the firm shows up in the world. You’ll shape its voice, visual identity, and community presence across all channels, working closely with investment and research teams to translate frontier thinking into clear, compelling narratives.
What You’ll Own
- Develop and lead firmwide brand strategy, storytelling, and digital presence across channels (including social and press).
- Produce, publish, and distribute high-impact content across written, visual, and live formats.
- Drive key flagship initiatives such as speaker series, research-driven programming, internship programs, competitions, and university partnerships.
- Design and run community events, panels, and thought-leadership campaigns that elevate the firm’s network and ideas.
- Establish a cohesive design language and visual system across reports, decks, and all marketing materials.
What You Bring
- A strong background leading brand, marketing, or communications functions in venture, technology, finance, or adjacent sectors.
- Demonstrated skill translating complex or technical subject matter into accessible narratives.
- Experience creating content across multiple mediums (i.e. written, digital, video, and events).
- Proven ability to build and maintain brand systems with consistency, taste, and executional rigor.
- Strong creative judgment and a builder mindset.
