Salary: $160,000-$180,000 up to 50% bonus

The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead municipal and industrial water/wastewater projects. Focusing on client development, project management and team leadership. You will be expected to manage complex projects within time and budget standards, whilst actively bringing work into the firm. Other Key Responsibilities:
- Establish project hours/time budgets.
- lead a staff of engineers and provide direction throughout projects.
- Active lead role in preparing proposals.
- Seek repeat business after completion of projects.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) with 10-20 years of professional experience.
- PE license, MI.
- Credible experience in the water/wastewater industry.
- Authority to work in the United States.
- Prove your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Driver License MI
