Wilmington, NC | Full-Time | On-Site
A respected multidisciplinary engineering firm on the coast of North Carolina is looking for a Civil Project Engineer to take ownership of land development projects from design through construction. If you're a PE who wants to lead, not just support, we want to connect.
🔹 What You'll Do:
- Lead civil site design across residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects
- Own full project delivery - grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, permitting, and construction documents
- Collaborate directly with firm leadership on project execution and client relationships
- Navigate complex coastal regulatory environments including NCDOT, NCDENR, and municipal permitting

🔹 What We're Looking For:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field
- PE licence (NC preferred, or obtainable through reciprocity)
- 3–10 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on land development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, HydroCAD, Hydraflow, and WaterCAD
- Proven track record delivering full construction documents through permitting
