Sales Representative
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to manage the full home-buying sales process while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for sourcing new buyers, guiding customers through home selection and design, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearly communicate the organization’s value proposition, product offerings, and capabilities to prospective buyers
- Identify customer goals, challenges, and preferences to position available homes as the ideal solution
- Overcome objections and successfully close sales
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the entire transaction—from contract to loan processing, options, and construction
- Proactively generate new sales opportunities and leads
- Network and conduct outreach with realtors to expand referral channels
- Efficiently manage time, achieve sales goals, and collaborate effectively with team members
Education & Experience
- Associate’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to drive during daytime and nighttime
- Ability to use sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email platforms
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Florida Realtor License
- Experience with CRM software
- Previous sales experience, ideally in the homebuilding or real estate industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented
