A leading national design team for roadways/highways has opportunities currently to promote you faster than any other firm in Alabama. They need qualified roadway P.E'S to work on public DOT projects. Responsibilities
- Perform engineering and project management tasks related to the planning and design of transportation facilities such as freeways, arterials, intersections, and drainage. Lead a Design Team that produces plans, specifications, cost estimates and schedules for transportation construction projects.
- Lead the design team in completion of technical efforts of design projects including roadway, traffic, drainage and site design projects and reports.
- Lead the project management of projects both technically and financially to meet the client expectations in completing quality projects on-time and on budget.
Qualifications Needed
- Alabama PE license (or licensed in another state with ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 5-15 years experience in design roles for transportation
- Experience in MicroStation, Openroads
- Ideally experience in winning ALdot, or County & Municipal work
- Project management experience preferred
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
