Project Engineer:
- Lead new product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, testing, and production release.
- Design and refine precision mechanical components and assemblies to meet performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements.
- Build and test prototypes, develop test fixtures, and analyze results to validate product performance.
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be efficiently produced and scaled for production.
- Partner with purchasing and suppliers on materials, components, and cost considerations.
- Evaluate and improve existing products through design modifications and engineering analysis.
- Provide technical expertise to the sales team by helping answer product and application questions.
- Review and guide engineering drawings, tolerances, and technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges throughout development and production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on product development.
- Experience with mechanical design, prototyping, and testing.
- Ability to analyze engineering data and solve complex technical problems.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across engineering and manufacturing teams.
