- Direct responsibility for land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

🔹 What we're looking for:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in NC
- 6 years of experience in civil engineering in land development ( residential, master-planned, mixed-use)
- 1-2 years in Project Management or a leadership role is preferred
- Experience with municipal and country project coordination is preferred
