🚨 Customer Relationship Lead - Homebuilding

📍 Cupertino, CA

I’m partnering with a leading builder-developer and real estate investment firm managing $420M in assets and 800 projects across California, on a Customer Relationship Lead opportunity based in Cupertino.

A vertically integrated real estate platform focused on sustainable and affordable housing solutions, with a strong emphasis on long-term community impact, investor relationships, and network-driven growth.

This role sits at the center of the business and is responsible for owning and expanding AlphaX’s full relationship ecosystem—including investors, VIP clients, affiliates, partners, and referral networks.

Core focus areas:

• Investor relationship management and ongoing communication
• VIP and high-touch client experience for key stakeholders
• Relationship management across affiliated brands (AL Homes, Axis Realty, Alera Homes, Hearth & Table, etc.)
• Expansion of investor, broker, and partner networks
• CRM ownership and relationship tracking
• Customer experience surveys and feedback loops
• Support for investor events, networking, and community engagement

This is a highly people-facing, relationship-driven role in a fast-growing real estate investment and development platform where long-term trust, communication, and network expansion directly impact business growth.
