🔹 What You'll Do:
- Lead site engineering tasks - site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, stormwater management
- Perform engineering calculations for earthwork, stormwater, pipe sizing, pavement design
- Serve as key liaison with regulatory authorities on approvals and permits
- Provide construction phase support - site visits, submittals, change orders, punch lists

🔹 What We're Looking For:
- BS in Civil Engineering; PE strongly preferred
- 5–8 yrs experience in site improvements - commercial, government, healthcare, or higher-ed
- Proficiency with industry-standard civil design & stormwater software
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, team-oriented
- Able to manage multiple complex projects at once
