Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full bid cycle: RFP analysis, scoping, scheduling, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with estimating, scheduling, operations, and design teams throughout preconstruction.
- Review drawings, specifications, and design progress for accuracy, constructability, and risk.
- Manage subcontractor outreach, bid leveling, buyout strategy, and scope alignment.
- Support value engineering, logistics planning, and development of project budgets/GMPs.
- Prepare bid proposals, presentations, and documentation for senior leadership and owners.

- 7 years in preconstruction, estimating, or bid management with a commercial GC.
