The Role
As a Mission Critical Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale and enterprise data center projects across the U.S., managing everything from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will operate as a key leader on-site, working closely with Superintendents, MEP teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and at the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ground-up data center construction projects from start to finish
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Drive coordination across MEP trades, design teams, and internal stakeholders
- Oversee project financials, reporting, and risk management
- Support preconstruction efforts including estimating, logistics, and planning
- Ensure successful commissioning and project turnover
What They’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Strong background in mission critical / data center construction (hyperscale preferred)
- Proven experience managing large-scale, ground-up builds ($100M )
- Deep understanding of MEP systems and coordination
- Willingness to travel full-time nationwide
- Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
