The CSC has overall accountability for the day-to-day administrative service support of multiple Small Market clients. The CSC is part of an overall account team tasked with understanding the customers’ needs and wants and focused on delivering group benefit products that meet those needs, along with delivering a service experience that exceeds expectations and makes it easy for customers to do business with MetLife.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day administration of multiple or complex client accounts, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery
- Act as the primary client liaison, responding to inquiries, leading projects, and recommending solutions or planning design alternatives
- Delivering exceptional customer service by driving client satisfaction and maintaining strong, ongoing relationships
- Plan and facilitate client meetings, presentations, audits, and strategic planning initiatives
- Apply in-depth knowledge of group products, services, and systems to support analysis and serve as a subject matter resource
- 2 years of experience within the insurance industry or a related field
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks, prioritizing deadlines, and adapting to changing needs
- Working knowledge of the U.S. economy and employee benefits landscape
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive approach to learning and professional development
- Experience with products such as Dental, Disability and Life products
- Ability to work autonomously; effectively handle multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
- Ability to balance client expectations with MetLife capabilities
- Project management skills including problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking and decisiveness
