A leading International Investment Bank is looking to add an Associate and a Vice President into its Power, Infrastructure and Renewables team in New York.
This is a specialist team providing full coverage of products across M&A, Capital Markets and Financing. The team is noted for its extensive relationships across the sector and are looking to strengthen the team due to a strong pipeline of live mandates.
You will also benefit from operating within a lean balanced structure providing proximity to the Senior Advisors to help with your professional development.
Responsibilities
- Take lead in the management of live projects across the full suite of Investment Banking products
- Provide integral support for the origination of new mandates for the firm
- Be an important point of contact for prospective and existent clients of the firm
- Responsibility for the mentorship and development of the junior team
Requirements
- 6 years of Investment Banking experiences (ideally in M&A and Project Finance)
- Bachelor’s and/or an MBA from a tier 1 Institution
- Substantial Investment Banking expertise in Power & Utilities, Infrastructure and Renewables is essential
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to work as part of a wider global team and autonomously
