What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology Investment Banking Analysts/Associates position at Metis Search?
Metis Search are currently partnered with a leading Global Investment Bank who are adding experienced Technology Analysts and Associates to their New York office.
We are looking to connect with applicants with the following credentials:
- 2 years of Technology IB experience;
- M&A transaction experience from pitch to close;
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc;
- Comfortable speaking with C level executives;
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;
- Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence;
- Transactional experience as part of small team - drafting CIMs, managing data room, buyer outreach, managing diligence process etc;
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa.
