Title – Healthcare Investment Banking - VP
Location - New York, NY
Salary - $250,000 Bonus
Responsibilities:
- As an experienced VP, you will be a key member in client relationships, while working to be an advisor from a Buy Side/Sell Side of M&A transactions.
- Conduct industry research and be a true market specialist in the Healthcare Services/HC IT sub vertical
- Interact and build client relationships with Bankers, Private Equity clients and Venture Capital clients
- Gather, research and proactively analyze the market to support and participate Business Development activities such as sourcing, reaching out to prospects and foster industry relationships
- Conduct due diligence for the transactions
- Be the lead on engagements as well as support and organize meeting with clients
Requirements:
- Any sector of Healthcare Investment Banking experience, overall 6 years of Investment Banking or more
- Past experience in executing Healthcare Services/HC IT deals
- Bachelor's Degree (from a Finance discipline is preferred along with a MBA)
- Hungry, drive and ambition to be a high performing Investment Banker
- Series 63 and 79 certified
