What You’ll Do:
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects across our campus including apartments, hallways, common areas, and community spaces
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching holes, and priming walls or ceilings
- Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize tasks and complete projects on time
- Assist with minor drywall repairs, caulking, and other surface preparation as needed
- Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear appropriately
