Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.

Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.

Conduct patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.

Provide care appropriate to the condition of the patient.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
-
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

Every Other Weekend

Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with current MS licensure

Current BLS is required.

CRRN and ACLS are preferred.
