Now Hiring: Youth Care Worker – Winston-Salem, NC
$15 /hour based on education & experience | Full-time | Split (10a-10p) shift available
Are you passionate about helping youth build brighter futures? Join Methodist Home for Children as a Youth Care Worker at our Assessment Center in Winston-Salem. You’ll be a mentor, role model, and daily support for youth ages 10–17 as they work toward positive change.
What You'll Do:
Support and guide youth during their stay
Lead engaging activities and life skills programming
Implement individualized service plans
Create a safe, positive, and respectful environment
Demonstrate strong ethics, compassion, and professionalism

Starting pay of $15/hour (more with experience/education)

Requirements:
At least 21 years old
