What You’ll Do:
🧸 Lead a classroom with warmth, structure, and creativity
📚 Design and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
🤝 Build strong, trusting relationships with families and coworkers
📈 Observe and assess growth to tailor support to each child
🧼 Keep your space clean, safe, and supportive for learning
What You Bring:
✔ Associate or Bachelor's in ECE (or related field preferred)
✔ At least 1 year of classroom experience with young children
✔ Strong communication, empathy, and collaboration skills
✔ Commitment to equity, inclusion, and best practices in early learning
