Salary: Starting at $43,000 (based on education & experience)

What You’ll Do:
Guide families through treatment and reunification processes
Develop individualized service plans
Conduct home visits & family meetings
Collaborate with community partners
Provide post-discharge support and documentation
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s Degree 2 years of family-focused experience
Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
Ability to complete required training (First Aid, CPR, etc.)
Strong communication skills and emotional resilience
