Supply Planner
Location: Grand Prairie, TX

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planner to support production planning, inventory optimization, and cross-functional coordination within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production efficiency, meeting customer demand, and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities
Production Monitoring
- Oversee production schedules to ensure priorities are met and aligned with business needs
Inventory Management
- Establish and maintain target inventory levels for raw materials and production parts
- Partner with manufacturing and purchasing teams to ensure alignment and adherence to inventory goals
Production Planning
- Set and monitor work center output targets in coordination with manufacturing teams
Problem Resolution
- Identify, analyze, and resolve production delays, constraints, and bottlenecks
Reporting & Analysis
- Generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and overall operational status
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and production teams to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing operational efficiency
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 3 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, or a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage complex schedules and optimize processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
- Experience with Alteryx or similar data/analytics tools
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work onsite in Grand Prairie, TX
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
